Director of Wellness & Health Coach

Trish is the Kenosis Center’s first Director of Wellness. She is an experienced National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBHWC), Brain Health Researcher, Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200), and children’s book author of A Kids Book About Healthy Habits!


Trish brings her employee wellness skills and professional expertise having worked in both virtual and in-person coaching and program management positions at behavioral health companies like PA Counseling Services, Noom, Hinge Health, Together Senior Health and Linus Health. Trish has worked on NIH-funded research studies for brain health behavior change programs, and worked directly with some of the top dementia prevention researchers at UCSF. She has spoken at national conferences on the topics of leadership, motivational interviewing, empathy and work culture, and has appeared as a guest on the Let’s Talk Brain Health podcast. 


Obtaining her MS in Health Psychology from USciences in Philadelphia in 2015, she has worked in the behavioral health field since 2010. 


She also continues to work directly with Kenosis health coaching clients, collaboratively supporting individuals to achieve their health and wellness goals. Trish’s experiences have given her the opportunity to work with a variety of populations across the lifespan, mainly individuals with chronic health conditions who have goals in improving their overall health—mind, body and spirit!
