Addi received a Bachelor’s degree in Marriage and Family Studies from Brigham Young University-Idaho and a Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy from Northcentral University. She enthusiastically engages in work with children, adults, couples, and families, understanding how our close relationships are linked to our happiness and overall wellbeing.


Using many methods to connect with her clients, including Solution-Focused Therapy, Mindfulness techniques, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Gottman Couple Therapy, Addi wants to walk alongside you on your wellness journey, honoring you as expert on your life, and intently listening to your story. She will work with your personal strengths and values, without judgment, to aide you in developing a healthier approach to emotions and in building resilience.


Addi works with children and adults struggling with anxiety, depression, self-image issues, OCD, relationship distress, and is PANS/PANDAS informed.
