Ashley has a passion for empowering people to find and embrace their true, authentic self. She wants to assist clients in solidifying their self-esteem and self-worth in an ever-changing culture of comparison. Ashley has a love for working with teenagers and young adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, suicidal ideation, and struggles with life transitions. Ashley incorporates mindfulness into her work and enjoys implementing yoga, meditation, guided imageries, and other mindfulness-based techniques in session. Ashley also loves working with children and enjoys engaging in creative play- based techniques to help them develop an emotionally safe space to learn positive coping skills to manage big feelings instead of expressing them through negative behaviors.

Ashley believes that therapy is client driven and encourages input and feedback from clients to ensure that they are receiving what they desire from her services. Ashley’s positive outlook and bubbly, welcoming personality help clients to feel safe, relaxed, heard, and understood throughout the therapy
