Care Coordinator

Samantha joined Kenosis in the summer of 2018 as the part of the administration team. She attended Herron School of Art & Design at IUPUI where she earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Sculpture. She also graduated with a minor in Psychology and a Pre-Art Therapy Certificate. She is currently pursuing her master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Capella University, with plans of becoming a licensed Art Therapist.

Samantha has a younger brother named Anthony who has severe cerebral palsy. Growing up, Samantha learned the value of life from the struggles that she, her brother, and the rest of her family experienced with raising a child with physical and mental disabilities. Samantha has drawn inspiration from her life to show how art can be used as a way of communication, especially for those who struggle to express themselves.

Samantha has an effervescent and loving personality and is quick to welcome anyone with open arms and an open heart. Samantha has always loved helping people in any way that she can and she is eager to continue developing her knowledge while working with people from all walks of life.
