"Be patient toward all that is unsolved in your heart and try to love the questions themselves." - Rainer Maria Rilke

Much of who we are lives below the surface. Beneath our conscious awareness moves a wider, older intelligence, one that shapes our reactions, our relationships, and our sense of meaning. We like to think we’re fully in control, yet the truth is that most of what drives us lies beyond what we can easily see. Therapy begins with the honesty of that recognition.

This work is an invitation to turn toward what has been ignored or misunderstood within ourselves, to meet the questions we’d rather avoid, and to listen closely to what they’re trying to say. Real change is more likely to come from integrating those questions instead of trying to push them away.

Tyler has previously worked in a wide range of fields including mechanic, private investigator, and missionary in Honduras where he learned Spanish. He brings the understanding of those fields into his work and later earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Utah and his Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy at Indiana Wesleyan University. His work draws from depth-oriented and evidence-based approaches, including Gottman Method Couples Therapy, and focuses on helping individuals, couples, and families navigate depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, and relational challenges.

In therapy he aims to create a space that is honest and steady so that you can speak freely and begin to hear yourself more clearly. Growth often takes root in silence and reflection, and he works with clients to move at a pace that honors such insight.
